Adding domain account email

The name cannot be resolved. The connection to Microsoft Exchange is unavailable. Outlook must be online or connected to complete this action.
Fix was to log into the Exchange 2010 Server and make sure the "Microsoft Exchange Address Book" Service was running. As soon as we started that service, all ****users were able to successfully connect to Exchange 2010 through Outlook 2010.
