find the directory where you have installed FileZilla Server and open "FileZilla Server.xml" in notepad, then search for the string:
"<Item name="Admin Password" type="string">***************</Item>"
the asterisks are plaintext letters/numbers of my admin interface password, I would expect it to be the same for you.
